Welcome to the Hive
We’re so glad you’re here!
This new website (fancy, right?) and this very first blog post marks an exciting new chapter for City with Dwellings. And true to who we are, it’s not just a rebrand or a refresh. It’s a reflection of our deepest belief that community changes everything.
You’ll notice our refreshed logo now leans fully into that belief. The hexagons that have always been part of our identity now look even more like a hive. That’s no accident.
A beehive is a place where every cell has a purpose. Where everyone has a role. Where movement is purposeful, strength comes from connection, and survival depends on sticking together. That’s the kind of community we’ve been building all along, and the kind of future we’re still creating. As more people find themselves at risk of losing support, housing, or stability, the hive becomes even more vital. We are and will continue to be a place where we meet rising need with shared strength.
The Hive, our new blog, is where we’ll share stories, ideas, opportunities, updates, and honest reflections on what it means to be neighbors in this messy, beautiful world. You’ll hear about the work, the people behind it, and the why that drives us.
We hope you’ll come back often. We hope you’ll see yourself in these words. And we hope you’ll keep building with us.
Because this isn’t just our hive. It’s yours too.
With gratitude and buzz,
The City with Dwellings Team
